Our work is multi-faceted and encompasses a
variety of disciplines, from art and aesthetics to religion and ethnography,
from geometry and chemistry to animal husbandry and sericulture.
All hand-knotted rugs are produced in our
RUGMARK-certified weaving workshops in India, Nepal, and Pakistan, supervised by
managers whom we know personally. This way, we can ensure that our strict labor
and quality requirements are followed. We use the most experienced and competent
weavers, who take pride in their work and are recognized by top pay in the
industry.
As the resulting works of excellence are noticed and admired by a worldwide
audience, pride in the weaving tradition is kept alive as it is taught to a new
generation. We are pleased to have a part in the continuation of this ancient
tradition.
